1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable law and the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a standard return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Be in their original condition, without stains, odours, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Have all original tags and labels attached.

  • Be returned with their original packaging when reasonably possible.

  • Include proof of purchase or an order confirmation.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be ineligible for a voluntary return, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, product-condition, or promotional reasons, certain items may be excluded from standard returns, where permitted by law. These may include:

  • Gift cards and digital gift certificates.

  • Items clearly identified as final sale before purchase.

  • Personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products where an exclusion is legally permitted.

  • Items damaged through misuse, improper washing, or normal wear after delivery.

Important: These exclusions do not apply where a refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, or other remedy is required by law. Defective, misrepresented, or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

For approved refunds:

  • Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing will begin within 5 business days after approval.

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.

  • Original shipping charges may not be refundable for voluntary returns, unless stated otherwise or required by law.

5. Exchanges and Size Changes

If you need a different size, please contact us within the 30-day return period.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we can discuss an alternative, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Items must meet the applicable return conditions before a standard exchange can be approved. If your item is defective or incorrect, your legal remedies will not be limited by this voluntary exchange process.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before it is processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible through our ordinary process, and the standard return procedure may apply.

However, statutory cancellation rights under Québec or other applicable consumer protection laws will always be respected.
